Qualitative Research
As a mixed methods researcher with expertise in both qualitative and quantitative methodologies, I have always appreciated the deep dive into qualitative research.
Abilify, made by Japan-based Otsuka Pharmaceutical, is the brand-name version of aripiprazole, an antipsychotic drug used for treating schizophrenia, bipolar disorder and as an add-on treatment for depression in adults. Motivate Design was tasked with rebranding and testing a messaging system between health care professionals and their patients.
TrueTear is a medical device that provides temporary relief for dry eyes through tear duct stimulation. Motivate Design was tasked with investigating the needs, habits, actions, and concerns of post-menopausal women experiencing dry eyes, to identify opportunity areas for the TrueTear product.
Exploratory research at the Citi Consumer Innovation Lab, understanding P2P lending apps and spending patterns, and testing a new keyboard payment feature.
